Course Summary
The PCQI program meets the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) criteria for Preventive Controls Qualified Individuals.
The training is conducted by the Institute of Food Safety and Health-certified PCQI trainers (under Food Safety and Preventive Controls Alliance) and follows the FDFA’s 3-day schedule.
The FDA will recognize participants who complete this course as competent PCQIs with the authority to verify required safety and quality records.
